The ICS certification zero tolerance problems are as follows:
Does the factory employ child labor?
Whether there is a deduction of wages;
Whether to hire prisoners;
Whether employees face discrimination in employment, salary, training opportunities, promotion, termination of employment, retirement, etc.;
Whether employees are subject to any form of harassment, mental, physical and or sexual abuse, corporal punishment; disciplinary action imposed by work stoppages, forced leave, etc. is legal and appropriate.
If the total work time is more than 84 hours per week, touch zero tolerance. If the total work per week exceeds 72 hours, the rating is E;
Whether the statutory minimum wage standard enjoyed by employees is in compliance with local regulations;
Whether overtime is paid;
Whether there is a second emergency exit on each floor;
Whether the emergency exit is unobstructed and unlocked;
Is there a fire alarm?
Whether there is a fire extinguisher on each floor;
