SEDEX Factory Preparation 4: Safe use of machinery and equipment.


1. All personnel in special operations must pass the safety work training and be certified to work. Such as: elevator operation certificate, boiler operation certificate, electrician employment certificate, and so on.

2. For some mobile and rotating equipment, there must be sufficient safety protection devices to protect people's safety. These include stamping equipment, pouring equipment, machine tools, and handles for aerial work.

3. For each piece of equipment, there are relevant maintenance and inspection records, including boilers, elevators, pressure vessels and other equipment. There is also a need for elevator inspection reports, boiler inspection reports, and employee training records.

4. All electric meters must have insulation protection devices.

5. There are safety warning signs around the corresponding places and equipment, and the company must have a corresponding safety management system.


SEDEX audit preparation work five: dormitory and restaurant.


1. The dormitory must be separated from the warehouse and workshop.

2. The restaurant must have a health permit, and all personnel in the restaurant must have a health certificate. The restaurant must be kept clean and clean. There are enough cleaning facilities.

3. The kitchen and dormitory must have a first aid kit, fire facilities, escape emergency lights, fire alarms, safe evacuation diagrams.

4. Each dormitory should be kept clean, there are enough toilets, washing equipment for employees to use, and the distance can not be too far.

1. The corresponding documents for employees with paid vacation.

2. Employees have legal annual leave, maternity leave, legal holidays, etc.

3. Every employee's overtime work should be voluntary.

4. Employees have reasonable work breaks and meal times.

5. Have at least one day's rest every seven days, or two days of rest in 14 days.

6. Working hours: provide a record of two years or so, the normal working hours per week can not exceed 60 hours, overtime hours can not exceed 36 hours.

7. There are formal recruitment related documents, related child labor, young employee policies, and a roster of all employees.

8. Each employee has a corresponding ID data record and signs a formal labor contract.
