In Inditex social responsibility auditing, there are ten “must”, four “not accepted” and one “not allowed” requirements.
Inditex audits ten "must":
Fabric warehouses must be clean and ventilated, and fabrics should be placed on pallets.
Excipient warehouses must be neat and orderly.
All fixtures and scissors in the cutting shop must be counted after each use.
The cutting shop must have a transfer box or shelf for storing the pieces.
There must be enough carts to transport the pieces.
The machine in the sewing workshop must be kept neat.
Scissors and tweezers must be tied with a rope.
The workshop must implement a needle change management system. After the needle is broken, the new needle can be replaced and the needle break record is made.
On the test bench, the scissors and hand stitches should be placed in the turnover box and must be covered.
The finishing workshop must have enough storage bins.
Inditex audit four "not accepted":
The pieces are not accepted on the ground.
Semi-finished products are not accepted directly on the ground.
Do not accept scissors and so on without management.
Do not accept the hand stitches on the online group, not in the box, the scissors are placed on the finishing table.
Inditex audits a "no":
There should be no extra needles in the parking space.
